Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email infoau@maytronics.com quoting your invoice number, name, address and phone number. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo

I’ve had this vacuum for about a month and half. I have a flying ant issue, where hundreds of flying ants will cling to the water in the pool. The skimmer will round up the ones on top of the water. The ones that sink to the bottom of the pool are the problem. This vacuum, with the filter that comes with it, does not do a good job of picking them up. Actually the ants exit through the exhaust of the vacuum, spreading them all over the pool. The answer is to upgrade the filter to the following filter. Maytronics Dolphin 9991460-ASSY Ultra Fine Filter Cartridge Assembly. ALL the ants, and smaller dirt particles will be contained within the new filter. I complained to Maytronics, that they should include this filter with the vacuum. The retail value of the upgraded filter is around $130.00. I found it on Marina Pool Spa and Patio’s web site for around $70.00. Now that I have the upgraded filter, this vacuum is GREAT! I just wish they would include the better filter with the unit, instead of the one it comes with.
